At Modexia Apparel System, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we specialize in manufacturing and exporting customized apparel products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
Customized & Bulk Orders
All products manufactured by Modexia Apparel System are made according to client specifications. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started or an order has been shipped.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once materials are sourced or manufacturing is in progress, cancellation will not be possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive products that are damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.
Resolution
After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement of defective items
- Partial refund (if applicable)
- Credit for future orders
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping provider where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, bulk orders, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
